Employee Responsibilities

Conflict of Interest

Employees must avoid any situation where their personal interests conflict or appear to conflict with the interests of TNG. This includes gifts, outside employment, and financial dealings with competitors or suppliers.

Confidential Information

All non-public information about TNG, its subsidiaries, and its customers is confidential. Employees must protect this information and must not disclose it to unauthorized parties, especially when trading in our securities (Insider Trading).

Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment

TNG maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, bullying, and harassment based on any protected characteristic. We are dedicated to maintaining a professional and inclusive workplace.

Reporting and Enforcement

Reporting Violations

Any employee, contractor, or stakeholder who suspects a violation of this Code should report it immediately to their manager, the Chief Human Resources Officer, or through the anonymous Ethics Hotline (details provided internally).

Consequences

Violations of the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and, where warranted, legal action.
