Opening Statement

The Tyler Nicholas Group (TNG) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and ensuring that its supply chains are free from these practices. We acknowledge our responsibility under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and similar international standards to be transparent about our efforts to combat these crimes.

Organizational Structure and Supply Chains

TNG is a global holding company headquartered in the Republic of Seychelles. Our portfolio spans digital vertical sectors including virtual aviation simulation, digital agencies, and philanthropic foundations.

Our supply chains primarily consist of technology service providers, software vendors, and administrative support services. Despite the digital nature of many of our subsidiaries, we recognize that no sector is entirely immune to the risks of modern slavery.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls.

Due Diligence Processes

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we implement the following procedures:

• Identifying and assessing potential risk areas in our supply chains.
• Mitigating the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains through rigorous vendor vetting.
• Monitoring potential risk areas in our supply chains.
• Protecting whistleblowers through our Trust & Security Center.

Training and Accountability

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide guidance to our staff and subsidiary leadership. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors to comply with our values.
